Creative College Mentor
Creative Mentors are matched with Austin area teachers to provide support for local creative youth who are traditionally underserved. Creative Mentors extend learning beyond the classroom by coaching students through E4 Youth’s Employability Curriculum and content creation activities. Based on a teacher’s needs, Creative Mentors provide a range of support including but not limited to video, visual media, coding, web/application development, event planning, audio and design.
Each mentor receives hands on training and support from a team of professionals and educators with more than 75 years of collective experience. Participating students receive preferred access to tours, guest speakers, industry events, job shadowing and internship opportunities at some of Austin’s premiere creative and technology companies.
