James Grandberry, E4 Youth alum and copywriter at Butler
The Pipeline in Action

Sometimes, reaching your potential takes having the right people in your corner.

“I knew I knew how to write. Carl told me we can get you a job, but you have to be ready. And then he didn't just say that, he walked with me for the next two years until I was ready. I wouldn't have had this job without E4 Youth.”

James Grandberry

E4 Youth Alum · Copywriter at Butler

Talent was already there. E4 helped build the pathway.

James came to E4 Youth knowing he could write, but he wasn't yet sure how to turn that ability into the career he wanted. Through internships, mentorship, and educational opportunities, he gained the experience, support, and connections to take the next step.

His journey led him to McGarrah Jessee and, today, to Butler, where he works as a copywriter.

James's story is what the E4 pipeline is designed to make possible: helping young people turn creative potential into experience, relationships, and paid opportunity.
