Moriah Perez serves as the Executive Assistant at E4 Youth, where she supports the VP of Operations and CEO in executing the organization’s mission to engage, educate, and empower young creative talent. With a background in project management, digital marketing, and media production, Moriah contributes her expertise in coordinating impactful projects, managing media assets, and cultivating relationships with partners. Her passion for non-profit work drives her to help create spaces where underrepresented youth can explore their creativity, build essential skills, and gain access to professional opportunities.
Moriah is deeply committed to fostering community growth and mentorship, aligning with E4 Youth’s mission to bridge the gap between young talent of color and creative professionals. Beyond her role, she is dedicated to advancing her knowledge in grant writing and leadership to continue making a lasting difference in the lives of the youth she serves.
Joseph “Jojo” Mayang is a Filipino-American creative visionary, event curator and program designer from Austin Texas and is currently the CLA Program Manager at E4 Youth. The zest for life is reflected through his love for community, creativity and the natural world. He is a proud daydreamer and sees life as a big adventure waiting to be lived.
Drawing inspiration from his experiences in nonprofit leadership, event design and wellness, he creates spaces where people are supported in their own personal growth journeys. Jojo is currently volunteers as the Youth Program Director for the Filipino Young Professionals of Austin and is the founder of “The Dishonored” a wellness movement using creative storytelling to curate a space for introspection and self-exploration
He’d like to continue contributing to the movement of authentic expression. When we are unapologetically ourselves, he believes it takes so much pressure off on how we move through the world and is a catalyst for collective healing.
Elisa Calderon is the Production Manager here at E4 Youth, leading the Digital Docents and overseeing production and projects for the What Once Was platform. Elisa has over 8 years of event experience with Trail of Lights, South By Southwest, and DAWA. Graduating with a Degree in Advertising and a minor in English from Texas State University. Elisa currently leads the Ad 2 Austin board as the Vice President and is the Ad 2 Austin DE&I Chair focusing on creating a diverse space for those in Advertising.
She strives to create an impact on Austin's young Advertising professionals. She uses her experience to craft events to build community, representation, and diversity in spaces for those like herself. Her unique navigation between Advertising, Live Events, and Video Production has allowed Elisa to curate and lead events here at E4 Youth for the What Once Was platform and Digital Docents.
Anthony Jackson is the Mentor Support Specialist at E4 Youth. Anthony is a digital artist specializing in graphic design, character design, and illustration. His work with elementary school students after school, and working as a graphic design intern at DAWA makes him passionate about youth empowerment, creative storytelling, and education while working on growing his creative and leadership skills. With his experiences working with youth and going from a Creative Mentor to a Mentor Support Specialist, he’s working hard to help inspire the next generation of creators and leaders. Teaching these skills to his team and today's youth helps Anthony's inspiration to create better work and grow his creative and leadership skills.
Anthony’s goal is to help his team of creative mentors to connect with their students. Whether it's doing an activity in the curriculum, helping them with their creative portfolio, or just simply making connections throughout the school year that encourage students to be more engaged, empowered, and motivated to submit their work to their portfolios and get them the opportunities they need to succeed in the creative workforce.
Rhiannon Ferguson serves as the Youth Development Coordinator at E4 Youth, where she leads efforts in program design, career exploration, and curriculum development for the students we serve as well as our Creative Leadership Academy. With 5 years of experience in the E4 Youth ecosystem, and even more in multidisciplinary digital arts, Rhiannon focuses on building impactful experiences for young creatives through guiding workshops, mentoring students from high school to college-aged, and applying creative industry research to E4 Youth’s programs.
In her role, Rhiannon is incredibly passionate about E4 Youth’s mission of creating an employment pipeline for creative students, the exact mission that got her to where she is today as a successful storyteller and illustrator in the field of character and game design. She hopes to continue to pass down her knowledge and experience to the students who will decide the future of creative technologies.
