E4 Youth’s programs center around the Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) which focuses on training and support for college-aged youth (18+). CLA members work with industry professionals and historic preservation organizations to collect oral histories and document historic locations using video, written articles, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) experiences featured on our What Once Was (WOW) storytelling platform. CLA members may earn employment opportunities as 1) Digital Docents developing content for WOW and leading workshops as part of our Digital Storytelling Program, 2) serving as Creative Mentors that lead our ‘Get Creative’ high school enrichment clubs and through 3) internships with E4 Youth partners.
