Last year (video recap above), we piloted a series of Digital Storytelling Workshops at local K – 8 schools featuring virtual and augmented reality content highlighting Austin’s rich Black cultural heritage. It was powerful to see our college-aged staff use technology to get younger students excited about local history and the idea of using these innovative tools to tell their own stories.
