Spring 2021 Industry Studios
As part of the Creative Leadership Academy (CLA), E4 Youth is offering college-aged youth opportunities to work directly with leading creative and technology industry partners including Verizon Media, frog Design, The Butler Bros. and Wunderman Thompson. Industry Studios also include E4 Youth’s business of music fellowship program Music Legacy ATX along with training as content creators through the Austin Digital Heritage Project.
Earn a $250 cash stipend as you train with industry professionals and qualify for employment with E4 Youth and our partners.
About the Creative Leadership Academy
The Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) works with creative and technology industry partners to provide professional level training and employment opportunities for college age youth of color and professional development for educators working with youth of color of all ages. Youth earn stipends as they build portfolios and become eligible for employment leading our high school enrichment clubs, creating digital and immersive content, and internship opportunities with E4 Youth’s industry partners.
CLA Requirements:
- Ages 18 – 24
- 20 hours a month CLA participation
- Opt in to activities Mondays – Fridays, 6 – 10 p.m.
- Portfolio/Resume Development
- Virtual Talks with Industry Professionals
- Employability Skill Development
- Personal SWOT Analysis
- Opt in to activities Mondays – Fridays, 6 – 10 p.m.
- Mandatory participation in a partner led weekly Industry Studio on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 6 – 7:30 p.m.. February 3rd – March 25th, 2021
