The Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) is a 3 year workforce development program where interns build digital portfolios to tell their stories and potentially gain eligibility for employment at E4 Youth as a Creative Mentor to lead our local high school enrichment “Get Creative” clubs (GCC), or as a Digital Docent to create immersive content for our What Once Was (WOW) storytelling platform and media for other E4 programs.
