When I first started as a young director, there weren’t many people willing to teach you. Luckily, one guy showed me how advertising works so I could create a career. E4 Youth does that for the next generation of creatives. That’s why I’m all in. There’s so much raw talent out there. It’s exciting to be involved with what our next generation’s gonna do.
