ICBU Academy blog entty June 15

Today at ICBU Academy, we split into the groups we created yesterday and tried collaborating on a common project to help promote the E4 youth program. We discussed different ways to split our teams, some seemed more beneficial than others. One suggestion I liked was Jacqueline’s request to split each interest group into pairs and have the pairs from each interest group form a team. This seems like the best option because there are people in your group that understand you, along with others who have a broader range of specialties. This seems like it would maximize productivity as well as diligence, since you’re working with people that, all around, balance the tam better and help keep the ball rolling. Today was all about forming ideas. Our interest group has already started a basic structural outline of our main idea. We have our target audience, and we’re ready to lay some fresh beats on the slab.
