Kaitlyn Hieb is a Senior Strategist at R/GA working primarily on RaceTrac and Texas Capital Bank. She is one of the thousands (if not millions) of women born in the early 1990s named some variation of Kaitlyn/Caitlyn/Kaitlin/
Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a degree in advertising and a minor in business. After graduation she started as the Strategy Intern at T3 Austin where she worked her way up to Associate Strategist on Staples and Home Depot; then Strategist on Waste Management and Enterprise, before moving down the road to continue her career at R/GA.
When not at work Kaitlyn is reading books about spirituality, meditating with crystals, going to therapy, eating dolmas at Whole Foods, or shopping at The Container Store.

As part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, E4 Youth is expanding our online programming to provide weekly access to guest speakers from within the creative, technology, and entrepreneurial sectors. We particularly want to hear from diverse professionals that can serve as role models for our students which are primarily creative youth of color ages 16 – 22.
