The chicago teachers are going on Strikes because they deserve a good contract. The reason why is because now a days our education is not important enough. The impact they have on the children can go both ways. in some cases it could show them that we have a right to fight for what believe in. On the other hand some students are hurting by the situation because they want to learn and go to school and it can be effecting the Seniors who are trying to graduate.When 9/11 happened it was tragic i really dont remember how i reacted because i was so young but now that im older i understand the reason it happened and its not right. The reason why it’s important for us Young adults to know whats happening in the election because we are the next generation that it’s gonna effect. We need to learn more about the economics and whats going on with our country.
