Stephen Glass

Stephen Glass was a former journalist for the national magazine The New Republic, and was accused of fabrication in 1998. After his fabrications were exposed in 1998 the media characterized him as a liar and fake and to this day journalist basically ignore him. Glass’ own reaction to the storm of controversy he stirred up was that he told the media that he felt so ashamed of what he did that he even went to therapy for help.
