E4YMP participants earn 24 hours of service learning credit by completing creative assignments about or inspired by their experiences. Participants submit creative work that has been done in the classroom, out in the community and/or with support from college mentors. Examples include blogs, videos, illustrations, music, audio, interactive pieces and other creative content. Trained college mentors use rubrics to score their work and award hours of credit.
Additional opportunities to earn credit include blogging about pre-approved tours of local creative companies as well as weekly creative assignments.
