Creative Pathways: Ana Leen, Director of DE&! at Omnicom | Director of Partnerships at ADCOLOR

     Ana was born in Mexico City and has embraced her bicultural experience throughout her advertising career of 20 years. With a passion for culture and a career founded in Hispanic advertising, she has turned her attention to bringing that culture and diversity to the general market. 

     After a career in account leadership on the agency side, she is taking on a new career path in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In Ana’s new role as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Omnicom, she’s able to apply her experience to bring to life Omnicom’s vision of a culture and workforce that is breaking barriers and setting the bar for the industry. In addition to her day job, Ana serves as Director of Partnerships at ADCOLOR, an organization that champions diversity and inclusion in creative industries, where she oversees projects and relationships with both vendor and sponsor partners.
