This past Saturday, I had the opportunity to revisit GSD&M. Last time I was at the agency, I was very impressed with the casual attire and mood of the agency, and this time I learned about it in depth. When you first walk in, it just feels different than other agencies; it is an agency based on freedom and responsibility.

I was unable to take pictures, because of client confidentiality but just looking at all the walls you can feel the creative culture of GSD&M. We talked to a countless number of employees and every one of them was eager to answer out questions, assuring us they loved working here. A few even gave us their information! All in all, it was a very valuable visit. It opened my eyes to thinking about my goals in a more realistic view, and I hope that I end up working at GSD&M or somewhere similar.
